What could be better than a healthy fruit smoothie on a hot summer day?
Here is a simple strawberry recipe for you to make:
- 6 large strawberries
- 1/2 cup of your favorite yoghurt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- you can also add 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream to
- First blend strawberries and milk together until the strawberries are well blended, than add ice cream and yogurt and whip for just a little bit so that the smoothie remains thick.
